This website

The website uses Cloudflare to serve its pages and operate the puck-registration service. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Google Analytics is optional and only loads if you allow analytics cookies.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public website pages and improve the site. It receives information such as the page visited, browser and device information, an approximate location and cookie identifiers. Google processes connection information, including your IP address, when your browser contacts its service. This is separate from the hushpuck iPhone app.

We don’t load Google Analytics or send it analytics requests before you agree, or if you choose “No thanks”. We don’t use Google advertising features, send names, email addresses, delivery details or app selections, or send private puck identifiers and order tokens. On puck and order pages, we send only a generic page name. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send, use generic names for missing pages, and send only the referring site’s origin.

We remember your cookie choice in your browser for six months. If allowed, Google’s analytics cookies are also set with a maximum six-month lifetime, which can refresh on a later visit. You can change your mind using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Choosing “No thanks” stops analytics and removes its cookies from this site on that browser. You can also clear your browser’s site data.

Your selection

When you choose pucks, this website stores only their colours, quantity and delivery preference in your browser’s local storage. The review link also carries these product choices in its URL fragment so the flow works when storage is unavailable. It does not contain your name, address, email or payment details. Clear this site’s browser data to remove a stored selection.

Your puck and the app

The manufacturing registry records a puck’s identifier, colour and registration status. It is separate from your personal app settings. First-time setup checks the puck’s registration. Pairings and selected activities stay on your phone, with no hushpuck cloud sync. Established pairings work offline. On a new phone, scan and select your apps again.

Orders and payment

Your product selection contains no payment details, delivery address or email address. This website does not collect payment details.
